Wear it Wise

WEAR IT WISE — Young People Exploring Sustainable Fashion

Project number: 2026-1-EE01-KA152-YOU-000394247
Programme: Erasmus+ Youth Exchange (KA152-YOU)
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Exchange dates: 27 August–2 September 2026

Every clothing choice has a story. Through WEAR IT WISE, young people explored how fashion connects with the environment, consumption and the choices we make every day.

ENHI — European Network for Holistic Integration participated as a partner in this Erasmus+ youth exchange, bringing together young people from different backgrounds to learn about sustainable fashion, share perspectives and discover practical ways to become more conscious consumers.

Learning through participation

Through workshops, group discussions and creative activities, participants explored:

  • Fast fashion: its environmental and social impact.

  • Greenwashing: how to question sustainability claims and make informed choices.

  • Circular economy: keeping clothes in use through care, repair and reuse.

  • Slow fashion: valuing quality, thoughtful purchasing and longer-lasting clothing.

Working together gave participants opportunities to express their ideas, listen to others and strengthen their confidence in an international setting.

ENHI’s involvement

As a project partner, ENHI supported the participation of young people from Sweden. The exchange connected our commitment to youth participation and inclusion with practical learning about sustainability.

Our participants contributed to group activities, shared their perspectives and experienced how learning across cultures can encourage new ideas and friendships.

Our experience in Tallinn

Beyond the workshops, the exchange offered opportunities to discover Tallinn, spend time together and build connections across borders. The photographs and video below capture moments of shared learning, teamwork and discovery.

WEAR IT WISE encouraged participants to take a simple message home: buy thoughtfully, care for what you own, and give clothes a longer life.
