
The ReBalance Project aims to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment by supporting women in the cultural and creative industries (CCI) and helping them access leadership and new career opportunities.
The main objectives of the project are:
Empower women in the cultural and creative industries by strengthening their leadership skills and professional confidence.
Support women’s career transitions into emerging sectors such as technology and green industries.
Develop digital and entrepreneurial competences that increase employability and innovation capacity.
Create mentorship opportunities that connect women with experienced professionals and role models.
Promote advocacy and policy change that supports gender equality in the workplace and leadership positions.
Encourage cross-sector collaboration between the cultural, technological, and green sectors.
The ReBalance project will produce several important results that support women’s professional development and long-term gender equality:
Leadership and Advocacy Training Programme designed for women working in the cultural and creative sectors.
Two specialised learning pathways, focusing on:
Digital transformation
Entrepreneurial mindset and innovation
Mentorship Circles connecting participants with mentors and professional networks.
Career Showcase Events to highlight women’s achievements and career opportunities.
Advocacy and Policy Toolkit supporting organisations and institutions in implementing gender-inclusive policies.
Digital Resource Hub providing open access learning materials and tools for women’s professional development.
Through these activities and results, ReBalance will:
